Does Loan RanbhiEMI give loans?
No. Loan RanbhiEMI is a calculator and planning tool. It does not offer, approve or disburse loans and is not connected to any bank or NBFC. See our Disclaimer.
Why is my bank's EMI different from the app's result?
The app calculates from the amount, interest rate and tenure you enter. Lenders may add processing fees, taxes or insurance, round differently, or use a different rate or start date. Treat the result as an estimate and confirm the final figure with your lender.
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free to download and use, and is supported by advertising.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The app works without an account or sign-in.
Where is my information stored?
On your own device. What you enter in the app is not uploaded to our servers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Clear the app's storage in your device settings, or uninstall the app. Step-by-step instructions are on the Delete Your Data page.
Can I control the ads I see?
Yes. On Android, go to Settings > Privacy > Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID. On iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can also manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. An ad in the app is not a recommendation from us.
The app is crashing or not working. What should I do?
First update the app to the latest version from the store and restart your device. If the problem continues, email us with your device model, operating system version, the app version and a short description or screenshot of what happened.
Someone claiming to be from Loan RanbhiEMI asked me for money or an OTP. Is that you?
No. We never ask for an OTP, PIN, CVV, password or any advance fee. Do not share them or pay anything, and please tell us at info@ranbhitraders.com.
How do I suggest a feature or report a mistake in a calculation?
We welcome both. Email us with the figures you entered, the result you saw and the result you expected, and we will look into it.
