1. We are not a lender

• Loan RanbhiEMI is a calculation and planning tool. It does not offer, arrange, approve or disburse loans or any other credit.
• RANBHI TRADERS is not a bank, a non-banking financial company (NBFC), a lending service provider or a loan agent, and the app is not connected to or endorsed by any of them.
• The app does not collect loan repayments and does not report to credit bureaus.

2. No financial advice

The information and results in the app are for general guidance only. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice and do not take your personal circumstances into account. Please speak to a qualified financial adviser, or to your lender, before making a borrowing decision.

3. Accuracy of calculations

• Every result is an estimate based only on the figures you enter.
• Real loan costs can differ because of processing fees, taxes, insurance, pre-payment charges, rounding, changes in interest rate and each lender's own method of calculation.
• Interest rates, tenures and amounts shown as examples are illustrative. They are not offers and may not be available to you.
• We work to keep the calculators correct but do not guarantee that they are free of errors. Always confirm the final figures with your lender.

4. No guarantee of approval

An eligibility or affordability result in the app does not mean that any lender will approve a loan, or approve it on the terms shown. Approval, limits, rates and disbursal are decided solely by the lender you apply to.

5. Protect yourself from fraud

• Loan RanbhiEMI will never ask you for an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or internet banking password.
• We never ask for an advance fee, deposit or "processing charge" to arrange a loan, because we do not arrange loans.
• If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Loan RanbhiEMI or RANBHI TRADERS and offers a loan or asks for money or these details, do not respond, and tell us at info@ranbhitraders.com.

6. Advertisements and external links

The app shows ads supplied by third-party networks. An ad for a lender, product or service is not a recommendation or endorsement by us, and we have not checked the advertiser's terms. Anything you do with an advertiser or on a website outside the app is at your own discretion and under that third party's terms and privacy policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RANBHI TRADERS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or your reliance on its results. The full terms are in our App Terms and Conditions.
