Delete Your Data
Loan RanbhiEMI by RANBHI TRADERS
1. Summary
This page explains how to delete the data connected with the Loan RanbhiEMI app, developed by RANBHI TRADERS.
- Loan RanbhiEMI does not create user accounts.
- What you enter in the app is stored on your device, not on our servers, so you can delete it yourself in a few taps.
- For anything we do hold, such as emails you have sent us, you can ask us to delete it.
2. Delete data stored on your device
Android
- Open Settings and go to Apps.
- Choose Loan RanbhiEMI, then Storage.
- Tap Clear storage (or Clear data) and confirm.
Uninstalling the app has the same effect.
iPhone and iPad
- Touch and hold the Loan RanbhiEMI icon on the Home Screen.
- Tap Remove App, then Delete App.
Deleting the app removes all of its data from the device.
3. Advertising and analytics data
The app's advertising and analytics providers hold limited technical data linked to a resettable identifier, not to your name. You can break that link yourself:
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID).
- iPhone and iPad: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and switch off tracking for Loan RanbhiEMI.
- Manage ad personalisation for your Google account at adssettings.google.com.
These providers delete or anonymise their data on their own schedules, described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Ask us to delete data we hold
If you have emailed us or used the form on our website, we hold that message and your contact details. To have them deleted:
- Email info@ranbhitraders.com with the subject "Loan RanbhiEMI data deletion request".
- Write from the same email address you used before, so that we can find your messages.
- We will delete them within 30 days and confirm by email.
Please do not include passwords, OTPs, PINs or card details in your request.
5. What is deleted and what may be kept
