App Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and RANBHI TRADERS ("we", "us", "our") for your use of the Loan RanbhiEMI mobile app. By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. Use of this website is covered separately by the Website Terms of Use.

2. About the app

Loan RanbhiEMI is a personal finance utility that provides loan and EMI calculators and related planning tools.

Loan RanbhiEMI does not provide loans. We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) or a lending service provider, and the app is not connected to any lender. The app does not approve, sanction or disburse credit and does not collect repayments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the app.

4. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and to the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the app, except where the law allows this despite these terms;
  • sell, rent, sub-license or redistribute the app;
  • interfere with the app's security features or with the advertising and measurement inside it;
  • use the app for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful; or
  • present the app's results to others as an offer, approval or quotation from us or from any lender.

6. Calculations and no financial advice

  • All results are estimates produced from the figures you enter. Actual EMIs, interest, fees and eligibility are set by your lender and may differ because of processing fees, taxes, insurance, rounding, rate changes and the lender's own method of calculation.
  • Nothing in the app is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Please confirm figures with your lender and consider speaking to a qualified adviser before making a financial decision.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the decisions you make using the results.

7. Your information

How the app handles information is explained in our Privacy Policy. To remove information, see Delete Your Data.

The app will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or internet banking password. Do not share these with anyone claiming to act for Loan RanbhiEMI.

8. Advertising and third-party services

The app is free to use and is supported by advertising. Ads are supplied by third-party networks, and we do not endorse or guarantee any product, lender or service shown in an ad. If you follow an ad or any other link out of the app, the terms and privacy policy of that third party apply, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them.

9. Intellectual property

The app, including its code, design, text, graphics and name, belongs to RANBHI TRADERS or its licensors and is protected by law. These terms give you a licence to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of any part of it.

10. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw the app or any feature at any time, and some updates may be needed for the app to keep working. We do not promise that the app will always be available, free of errors or compatible with every device.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including about accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RANBHI TRADERS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of money, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the app or your reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or suspend your right to use the app if you breach these terms. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers and liability continue to apply afterwards.

14. App store terms

Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). Those stores are not a party to these terms and are not responsible for the app.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you also agree that:

  • these terms are between you and RANBHI TRADERS only, not Apple, and we alone are responsible for the app and its content;
  • your licence is limited to using the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. For support, see our App Support page;
  • if the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app;
  • we, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claim about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims;
  • you are not located in a country under a government embargo or on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
